Job summary

Asahi Beverages is seeking an Environment, Safety & Wellbeing Manager for Albury and Wodonga operations to strengthen safety, wellbeing and environmental performance across manufacturing and logistics sites.

You will partner with site leaders, lead ESW systems, build capability, and drive risk management, investigations and continuous improvement. The role requires a tertiary EHS qualification and at least three years' manufacturing EHS experience.

Qualifications

• Tertiary qualifications in Environment, Health and Safety or a relevant discipline.
• Minimum three years' EHS experience in a manufacturing environment with demonstrated safety improvements.
• Working knowledge of safety management systems and ISO 45001/14001 or equivalent.

Responsibilities

• Strengthen ownership of ESW culture with site leaders and operational teams.
• Lead the implementation and continuous improvement of ESW management systems and controls.
• Drive risk and incident management, investigations and corrective actions.
• Coordinate legislative compliance, audits and regulatory reviews.
• Monitor ESW performance and translate insights into site improvements.
• Coach and train teams, and support contractor safety practices.
