Job summary

Asahi Beverages is seeking a hands-on Production Team Leader based at our Huntingwood, NSW site. You will own people, processes and materials to meet quality, cost, delivery, safety and motivation targets across shifts in a 24/7 facility.

This leadership role requires proactive troubleshooting and embedding Asahi’s high standards on every shift. You will manage and develop a focused team, optimise throughput, and ensure product quality while adhering to GMP/HACCP.

Qualifications

• Extensive experience leading teams in compliant manufacturing environments.
• Strong understanding of GMP, HACCP and LEAN principles.
• Proven ability to coach and develop people and deliver results.

Responsibilities

• Execute the production plan on each shift to optimise throughput and product quality.
• Lead and develop the team, manage performance and the yearly people cycle.
• Own product/process quality, maintain GMP and HACCP standards at all times.
• Control labour and costs, manage overtime and drive cost-efficient operations.
• Champion continuous improvement and drive productivity and safety initiatives.
