Asahi Beverages is seeking a proactive Shift Manager for its Laverton site. You will lead and coordinate brewing and packaging operations across a 24/7 manufacturing environment, ensuring safety, quality, service and performance targets are met.

Leadership of teams in FMCG/manufacturing environments.
Strong problem-solving and decisive thinking.
Excellent communication and stakeholder management.
Genuine commitment to safety and quality.
Exposure to SAP or similar production systems is advantageous.

Responsabilidades

Lead day-to-day manufacturing operations across the site during your shift.
Provide leadership and support to operational teams, ensuring safe and effective execution of production plans.
Act as the primary escalation point for operational, safety, quality, and maintenance issues.
Coordinate site activities and collaborate with Packaging, Brewing, Maintenance, Quality and Supply Chain teams.
Support continuous improvement initiatives and identify opportunities to enhance site performance.
Ensure compliance with safety, quality, GMP and operational procedures.
Drive accountability and operational decision-making during shift operations.
Support maintenance, changeovers, breakdown management and production continuity.
