Ambrose Construct Group is seeking an experienced Estimator/Supervisor to join our Bendigo team, delivering insurance building repairs and project supervision. You will estimate, plan, and oversee jobs from start to finish, collaborating with the Construction Manager and engaging with clients and trades to ensure high-quality outcomes.

Ideal candidates hold a Cert IV or Diploma in Building & Construction, with a willingness to obtain QBCC Supervisor Licence, and possess White Card and Driver

Competenze

• Cert IV or Diploma in Building & Construction is essential.
• Willingness to obtain QBCC Supervisor Licence is essential.
• Cert III in Carpentry is highly regarded.
• Current White Card and Driver Licence are required.
• Experience estimating, scheduling and supervising repairs.
• Knowledge of NCC, building regulations and WHS requirements.
• Strong communication and problem-solving skills.
• Solid computer skills and ability to learn new systems.
• High attention to detail and quality.
• Strong organisation and time management.

The Role

• Estimate, schedule and supervise insurance building repairs.

What You’ll Need

• Cert IV or Diploma in Building & Construction (Essential).
• Willingness to obtain a QBCC Supervisor Licence (Essential).

• Current White Card and Driver Licence.
• Experience estimating, scheduling and supervising repairs.
• Knowledge of NCC, building regulations and WHS requirements.

• Solid computer skills (Microsoft Office + ability to learn new systems).

Insurance experience and water claims knowledge are advantageous but not essential.
