Job summary

Queensland Civil Group is seeking a diligent Project Coordinator / Estimator to support our Project Manager with estimating, tender preparation and project administration. Based north of Brisbane in Lawnton, you will work with site and office teams to ensure timely delivery of civil works across South East Queensland.

You should bring civil construction knowledge, strong organisation and communication skills, and proficiency in Word, Excel and Outlook.

Qualifications

• Knowledge of civil construction and ability to interpret plans and specifications.
• Strong organisational, communication and administrative skills.
• Attention to detail; proficiency in MS Word, Excel and Outlook.

• Prepare project estimates and assist with tender submissions.
• Obtain supplier and subcontractor quotes.

We are seeking an organised Project Coordinator / Estimator to support our Project Manager with estimating, tender preparation, and project administration.

Key responsibilities

• Prepare project estimates and assist with tender submissions.
• Obtain supplier and subcontractor quotes.
• Coordinate project schedules, materials, and subcontractors.
• Liaise with office and site teams to support project delivery.
