Job description

Have you been working in residential estimating for a while and looking to move to a custom builder that has beutiful designs, focuses on client outcomes and build value is between 1.5M to 10M. There clients aren't a budget focused as project home or investment clients, so there is more scope for innovations, new materials and clever ways to build on new and exisiting sites. They have build a very sustainable business based on repeat clients who trust them and their houses show this committment to quality.

Due to growth we are looking for an additional estimator to join the team. It is a flat structure and work is done job by job, rather than task based so you get full optics on the whole process. With that access also comes responsiblity, you will be responsible for accuracy and input into best practice.

If you have experience working within a custom home builder this might be the right role for you. Their office is in Cannon Hill and there is parking onsite.
