Intro Recruitment Solutions is seeking an Estimator / Contracts Administrator to join a Tier 2 construction contractor in Newcastle NSW. You will handle either estimating or contract administration across education, health, government and residential projects valued from $10M to $50M.

The role involves tender review, bid development, and collaboration with subcontractors, suppliers and project teams to deliver competitive, commercially sound bids and ongoing commercial management.

Qualifications

• Proven experience as an Estimator or Contracts Administrator.
• Experience on commercial building projects.
• Experience on $10M-$50M projects.
• Background across education, health, government, residential or commercial construction.
• Strong subcontractor and supplier procurement experience.

With a strong pipeline of work across education, government facilities, health and multi-storey residential, this is an opportunity to join an experienced construction team and work across a diverse range of projects typically valued between $10M and $50M.

About the Role

The successful candidate will be responsible for either estimating or contract administration across a range of commercial building projects, depending on experience.

You'll be involved from initial tender review through to submission, working closely with subcontractors, suppliers, project teams and senior management to develop competitive and commercially sound bids, as well as ongoing commercial management.

Projects will include:

• Education projects
• Government facilities
• Health projects
• Multi-storey residential
• Commercial building
• Design & Construct projects

• Experience working for a commercial building contractor
• Experience across $10M - $50M projects
• Strong Design & Construct experience
• Background across education, health, government, residential or commercial construction
• Strong subcontractor and supplier procurement experience
• Relevant engineering, construction management, quantity surveying or similar qualification
