Job summary

Key Integrated, a commercial builder based in Brooklyn, VIC, is seeking an experienced Estimator to join the team in Melbourne. You will review tender documents, measure quantities, obtain quotes, and develop Design & Construct estimates with the design team to support project delivery.

You will spot risks, identify opportunities, and drive value-engineering options while managing multiple tenders under tight deadlines and maintaining accurate budgets.

Qualifications

• 7+ years' estimating experience in commercial construction.
• Proficient with Buildsoft, Cubit or similar, and MS Office.
• Able to read architectural and engineering drawings.
• Calm under deadline pressure and able to juggle several tenders at once.
• QS or Construction Management qualification is highly regarded.
