Job summary

Bluestonerecruitment is seeking an experienced Estimator for a major commercial builder in Melbourne. You will prepare detailed cost plans, manage subcontractor pricing and tender analyses across new build and fit-out projects.

You'll review documents for cost risks, provide value engineering, and collaborate with pre-construction, design and delivery teams to optimise bids. A pathway to senior estimator is available for high performers.

Qualifications

• At least 3 years estimating experience within commercial construction.
• Exposure to commercial new build and/or fit-out projects.
• Strong understanding of subcontractor pricing, tender analysis and trade scopes.
• Ability to prepare detailed estimates and cost plans.
• Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.
• A desire to develop into a Senior Estimator position.
