Job summary

Morson Edge Australia seeks an experienced estimator to lead tenders from initial review to submission for NSW projects valued between $1M and $15M across D&C, ECI and Construct Only. This is a hands-on role shaping commercial outcomes on a diverse project mix.

You will prepare estimates, BOQs and subcontractor comparisons, review documentation for scope gaps and project risks, and obtain and negotiate subcontractor pricing.

Qualifications

• 5–8 years' estimating experience with a commercial head contractor.
• Experience across newbuild, industrial, education, healthcare and/or refurbishment.
• Strong understanding of D&C, ECI and Construct Only projects.
• Commercially minded with strong analytical and negotiation skills.
• Experience with Cubit, EstimateOne or Procore is advantageous.
