Qualifications

• Strong desire to work in a construction environment.
• Familiarity with word processing, spreadsheets and drafting tools.

Responsibilities

• Understand and apply PCL estimating manuals, systems and forms.
• Review quantity survey assignments with lead estimator or Construction Risk Manager.
• Perform assigned quantity survey tasks and prepare quantities for pricing.
• Transfer quantities to lead estimator and assist with bid document control.
• Attend bid days, visit job sites periodically and develop subcontractor relationships.
