Job summary

Clarendon Homes, part of Campbell Property Group (CPG), is seeking an Estimating Cadet for its Norwest team. You will join a structured learning program to build estimating knowledge for residential housing projects and engage with site teams to gain practical insights.

You’ll develop skills in creating BOQs, reviewing tender docs, and updating estimating logs while supporting procurement and preconstruction efforts. A collaborative environment supports growth and learning.

Qualifications

• Strong communication and collaboration across departments
• Willingness to learn and develop in estimating

Responsibilities

• Own your development within the Estimating team and contribute to day-to-day operations
• Build respectful, collaborative relationships across the business
• Assist with basic production estimating tasks and create BOQs
• Check tender docs, drawings and colour schedules for accuracy
• Support estimation workflows and procurement activities
• Provide admin support to the Estimating Department
