Job summary

Campbell Property Group (CPG) is seeking an Estimating Cadet for its Clarendon Homes team in Norwest. You will engage in a structured learning program, owning your development and supporting day-to-day estimating operations. The role emphasizes collaboration across the business to drive outcomes and professional growth.

The cadet will participate in on-site training, produce BOQs, check tender documentation, and learn estimating workflows while supporting the Site Manager and CSCs.

Qualifications

• Strong communication skills and a collaborative approach.
• Willingness to learn and develop in estimating roles.

Responsibilities

• Take ownership of your development within the estimating program.
• Engage in site visits with Building Supervisors to gain practical field knowledge.
• Assist with basic production estimating tasks and generate calculation sheets.
• Create BOQs and incorporate client variations from tenders.
• Check tender docs, drawings, and schedules for accuracy and consistency.
