Job summary

Cadence & Co Pty Ltd, Sydney’s leading architecture and construction firm, invites two university or TAFE students to join its 2027 Construction Cadetship Program. The 11‑month paid cadetship provides hands-on experience across Estimating, Pre-Construction, Contracts Administration and Project Management.

You will work alongside industry experts on luxury residential projects and may secure a permanent role upon successful completion.

Qualifications

• Penultimate year student in Construction Management, Building, Property, Architecture or related discipline.
• Seeking practical industry experience while completing a degree.

The Opportunity

We're looking for two motivated university or TAFE students to join our 2027 Construction Cadetship Program, commencing in January 2027. This paid 11-month program provides hands-on experience across Estimating, Pre-Construction, Contracts Administration and Project Management while working alongside industry experts on some of Sydney's most impressive residential projects.

About You
