Job summary

NEPEAN is leading a Dynamics 365 Finance & Operations transformation across its global manufacturing and engineering businesses. This Senior Project Manager role delivers end‑to‑end ERP rollout, embedding governance, adoption and commercial discipline across multiple entities and regions, with a delivery‑driven, hands‑on approach.

You will inherit an established program with an implementation partner and delivery roadmap, driving execution, data migration, cutover and hypercare while engaging

Qualifications

• 8+ years in enterprise program or project management delivering large multi-entity ERP programs.
• Strong exposure to Finance, Supply Chain and CRM, and experience with global system integrators.
• Deep understanding of ERP implementation lifecycle and D365 FinOps.
• Experience with Azure DevOps and agile or hybrid delivery models.
• Exceptional stakeholder management across C-suite and business leaders; ability to influence.
• Strong commercial acumen around change control and budget management.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end delivery across multiple regions and legal entities, managing the full lifecycle from design to go-live.
• Governance, cadence, RAID and executive reporting; own the program roadmap and steering committee rhythm.
• Drive change and adoption through stakeholder engagement, communications and training.
• Partner with business leaders to challenge legacy processes and drive standardisation.
• Manage vendor contracts, SOWs, change requests, budget tracking and resource planning.
• Enforce structured delivery using Azure DevOps, with sprint planning, testing and UAT.
