Qualifications

• 7+ years selling ERP solutions; 10+ years preferred.
• Proven track record pursuing and closing complex ERP deals.
• Strong solution-selling, negotiation, and stakeholder management.
• Ability to lead ERP sales with a team to deliver client outcomes.
• Engage and influence senior leaders and C-suite executives.

Responsibilities

• Manage the full ERP sales cycle for NetSuite and Microsoft Dynamics.
• Build trusted relationships with decision-makers, including C-suite.
• Develop strategic marketing and business development plans.
• Collaborate with local, national and international teams.
• Grow referral networks with Oracle NetSuite, Microsoft and others.
• Represent RSM through thought leadership and client presentations.
• Achieve revenue targets across ERP and broader consulting.
