Qualifications

• Planning, delivery and time-management skills.
• Diploma or degree in a relevant field or significant equivalent experience.
• Experience with TechnologyOne or government projects highly regarded.

Responsibilities

• Lead and embed change management, communication, stakeholder engagement and training.
• Build productive relationships with key stakeholders across councils.
• Collaborate with TechnologyOne and process owners to standardise business processes.
• Inform, influence and negotiate with staff and service teams during implementation.
• Identify, troubleshoot and resolve project, process and stakeholder issues.
