Qualifications

• Substantial experience in project delivery, change management or business analysis.
• Proven experience delivering large ERP/IT implementations with change and stakeholder engagement.
• Excellent written and verbal communication; ability to facilitate discussions and negotiate solutions.
• Proven ability to engage internal stakeholders and collaborate with external partners.
• Strong organisational and time-management skills to handle concurrent priorities and deadlines.
• Ability to assess complex issues and translate them into practical actions; represent Council in meetings.
• A relevant diploma or degree, or significant relevant experience in project management or IT.

Responsibilities

• Lead change management, communication, stakeholder engagement and training approaches for Coastal Connect.
• Build productive relationships with key stakeholders across the three councils.
• Work with TechnologyOne and process owners to develop practical, consistent business processes.
• Engage, inform, influence and negotiate with staff and business stakeholders throughout implementation.
• Troubleshoot project, process and stakeholder issues as they arise.
