Job summary

You will work with TechnologyOne and project teams to translate complex system changes into practical actions, building strong relationships and guiding staff through the implementation.

Qualifications

• Substantial experience in project delivery, change management and business analysis.
• Experience supporting large ERP/technology implementation projects with change and stakeholder engagement.
• Outstanding written and verbal communication skills and ability to influence stakeholders.
• Strong organisation and time management with ability to manage competing priorities.
• Diploma or degree or significant relevant experience in project management, local government services or IT.

Responsibilities

• Lead and embed change management, communication and stakeholder engagement approaches.
• Build productive relationships with key stakeholders across councils.
• Work with TechnologyOne and process owners to develop consistent business processes.
• Engage, inform, influence and negotiate with staff and service teams during implementation.
• Problem-solve and troubleshoot project, process and stakeholder issues as they arise.
