Job summary

Clough Ltd. in Australia is seeking an ER/IR Assurance Expert based in Perth to report to the ER/IR Director. The role focuses on maintaining compliance registers, monitoring governance, and supporting training on complaints handling and regulatory reporting.

The ideal candidate brings 5+ years in HR/IR governance, strong organisational skills, and experience with registers or workflow tools, enabling effective risk and compliance management across projects.

Qualifications

• Tertiary education in human resources, law or related field.
• 5+ years’ experience in a HR/IR Senior Advisor position, preferably within construction industry or other heavy industry.
• Experience in compliance, risk, complaints management, legal operations or another governance or control function.
• Strong organisational skills and the ability to manage competing priorities.
• Experience working with registers, workflow systems or reporting tools.
• Strong written communication skills and attention to detail.
• A collaborative and service-focused mindset.
• Relevant tertiary studies or professional qualifications (desirable).

Responsibilities

• Maintaining and updating compliance obligations registers.
• Supporting compliance monitoring, assurance activities.
• Administering incident and breach management workflows.
• Supporting education on complaints governance, reporting and root cause analysis.
• Tracking regulatory change and implementation actions.
• Providing administration and support for the GRC platform.
• Preparing compliance reporting, dashboards and action registers.
• Assisting with audits, reviews and regulatory information requests.
