Job summary

Clough Limited is seeking an ER/IR Advisor to join the K2 Team in Perth. The role provides specialist employee and industrial relations support for the K2 Project, including compliance with enterprise agreements, industrial instruments, legislation, and site IR protocols.

Frequent site visits to Kwinana are required. The position advances a major gas power generation project (K2) near Perth, with Webuild’s broader infrastructure and energy portfolio.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of ER/IR experience in large-scale resources, energy, EPC or heavy industrial/construction projects.
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
• Ability to work in high-pressure site environments with diverse workforce dynamics.
• Strong data-driven decision making and documentation practices.
• Knowledge of Australian labour laws and IR frameworks.

Responsibilities

• Provide day-to-day ER/IR support to site leadership, including employee relations, discipline, grievances and performance management.
• Support implementation and compliance with enterprise agreements, site IR protocols and industrial instruments.
• Assist with union engagement activities, including meetings, correspondence and issue resolution.
• Support management of industrial issues, disputes and claims, including documentation.
• Monitor workforce compliance with IR requirements (hours, rosters, allowances, site conditions).
• Support investigations, grievances and disciplinary processes with procedural fairness and proper records.
