Job summary

Mayday Recruitment partners with a global retail brand to hire an HR Support professional for a 6-month contract, with potential extension. This role sits in a busy HR team during a peak period, focusing on Employee Relations and case management.

You’ll handle day-to-day HR queries, support ER investigations, draft letters, and assist managers across a high-volume environment. Hybrid work with three days in the office and a collaborative team culture.

Qualifications

• Experience in HR/Employee Relations (ER) support or HR advisory roles.
• Exposure to ER investigations and ideally running investigations.
• Comfort with sensitive employee matters and high-volume environments.
• Clear written communication and attention to detail.
• Experience in retail or fast-paced environments is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Support HR team across a varied HR & ER caseload.
• Assist with ER investigations and draft investigation documents.
• Prepare letters and meeting notices; draft investigation outcomes.
• Respond to employee grievances and support managers on ER matters.
• Provide broader HR support in a busy, high-volume setting.
