Job summary

Optimum Health Solutions is seeking a Community Health Access Manager to build and lead a new program that increases access to allied health for people in genuine financial hardship across NSW and Tasmania. You will develop intake and triage systems, coordinate referrals, and maintain a clinical caseload while advocating for equitable access.

Qualifications

• Tertiary allied health qualification or degree.
• Current AHPRA registration or eligible for registration.

Responsibilities

• Establish and lead Optimum's community social responsibility program in NSW and Tasmania.
• Develop intake, triage and referral processes for financially disadvantaged clients.
• Coordinate access to Optimum services across NSW and Tasmania with partner organisations.
• Maintain a clinical caseload within your discipline for program participants.
• Report program activity, outcomes and partnerships to the Managing Director.
