Job summary

Connexus, a well-established Sydney client-side PM consultancy, seeks a Director of Project Management to lead delivery, BD, and operations. The role offers equity and an at-risk component tied to KPIs, with a fixed base and options to work from home at least one day a week.

You should bring 15+ years client-side experience, 10+ person team leadership, and a proven track record in winning work and building a practice in NSW.

Qualifications

• Minimum 15+ years client-side experience and lead a team of 10+ people.
• Track record of winning work and building a practice.
• Established in Sydney with an NSW network.
• Desire to join a small, ambitious firm with impact.
• Currently operating at director level in a consulting firm.

Responsibilities

• Oversee PM delivery, manage the PM team, and guide projects and clients.
• Drive business development, identify opportunities, prepare tender submissions, win work.
• Involve in internal day-to-day operations and commercial decisions (P&L).
