Job summary

Connexus in Sydney seeks a Director of Project Management (Client-side / Construction) to lead a growing business unit, drive major client projects, and expand opportunities with a strong BD focus.

The role combines project delivery, business development, and operations, with equity on the table and a flexible work-from-home element. You should be established locally with an NSW network and a track record of building and leading teams.

Qualifications

• Minimum 15+ years client-side experience and several years leading a team of 10 or more.
• Track record of winning work and building a practice.
• Established in Sydney with an NSW network that already works for you.
• Equity on the table; work from home at least one day a week.

Responsibilities

• Project Delivery - managing the PM team and being hands on with projects, clients and guiding internal team.
• Business Development - identify new work opportunities, cultivate relationships, prepare tender/bid submissions and win work.
• Business Operations - active involvement in internal day-to-day management, team, and commercials (P&L).
