Pinnacle Sales Group is seeking an Entry-Level Sales Representative in Sydney. You’ll meet new people daily, build rapport and turn confident conversations into measurable results through face-to-face campaigns for Australian not-for-profit organisations.

No previous sales experience is required; we provide fully paid training, daily coaching and hands-on support from experienced leaders. Expect weekly earnings with uncapped commissions and real earning potential.

Qualifications

• Excellent communication skills and ability to engage with diverse audiences.
• Energetic, reliable and coachable with a positive attitude.
• Available Monday–Friday and able to travel within Sydney.

Responsibilities

• Represent established Australian not-for-profit organisations across Sydney locations.
• Engage with members of the public and start genuine conversations.
• Communicate charity campaigns clearly and professionally.
• Inspire customers to provide ongoing support and meet performance targets.
• Apply daily coaching and continuously improve communication.
• Represent Pinnacle and partners to a high standard.
