Job summary

WOW Recruitment is seeking entry-level Sales Representatives to launch a sales career in North Sydney. You will focus on outbound lead generation, book meetings with senior executives, and use CRM tools.

Receive structured training with a clear performance path and uncapped commission potential. This full-time, office-based role offers a $60,000 base salary plus superannuation and commissions, with top performers earning well over the base in Year 1.

Qualifications

• Experience in sales or direct sales is helpful.
• Confident and persuasive on the phone with clear written communication.
• Organised, KPI-driven and comfortable in a target-driven environment.

Responsibilities

• Prospect and qualify leads through outbound outreach.
• Book meetings with senior account executives and support deal development.
• Utilise CRM and sales tools for outreach, follow-ups and data hygiene.
• Participate in structured training on sales techniques and product knowledge.
• Operate in a fast-paced environment with clear performance metrics and commission upside.
