Job summary
Clean Power Australia is seeking an enthusiastic field-based role focused on speaking with homeowners about solar and battery options. You will travel with the team, explaining potential savings and answering questions in a people-focused environment.
Weekdays are Monday to Friday with weekends free in Sydney, and full training is provided. No experience is required, with uncapped commission opportunities and a social, supportive team culture.
Qualifications
- Confident and friendly communication required.
- Able to chat with homeowners and explain options clearly.
- Desire to learn and work in a team.
Responsibilities

Looking for a social job with a great team and uncapped commission?
If you enjoy talking to people, like being out and about rather than stuck behind a desk and want a job where every day is a bit different, we’d love to hear from you.
You’ll be speaking with homeowners about solar and battery options, answering their questions and helping them understand how much they could save on their power bills. It’s a people-focused role, so the best part of the job is the conversations you’ll have along the way.
The team works away Monday to Friday and heads back to Sydney Friday evening, so your weekends are completely free.
Travel out with the team at the start of the week and head back to Sydney Friday evening for your weekend
Work together individually and as part of a group, speaking with homeowners in the area
Stay in premium accommodation provided by us, with the rest of the team
The hours are 9 to 5
Free accommodation during the week (lovely Airbnb's)
Free transport, so no car needed
A fun, social team of Australian, New Zealanders, English, Irish, Canadians and more
Full training, no experience needed (experience fundraising or sales is a bonus!)
