Clean Power Australia is seeking energetic Energy Consultants for phone-based sales of solar and battery solutions. You will engage with customers, understand their needs, and guide them toward a purchase decision, with full product training provided.

The role offers a base salary plus uncapped commissions and weekly bonuses, in a modern Mascot office. Open to Working Holiday Visa holders; Monday to Friday work schedule, weekends off.

About the role

We’re growing our Phone Sales team and want to hear from people who are great with people. You’ll build rapport, understand what each customer needs, work through their questions and concerns, and help them reach a decision. You’ll be talking to customers who are interested in solar and batteries, so no cold knocking.

You might be a great fit if you:

• Have a background in sales or customer-facing work, such as telco, insurance, finance, automotive, real estate, recruitment or call centres
• Communicate clearly and listen well
• Stay positive and keep going when things get tough
• Like working independently as well as part of a team
• No solar experience? No problem. We provide full product and ongoing sales training. If you’re not sure you tick every box, apply anyway. We’d rather hear from you.
