Smart Energy is looking for an Entry Level Sales Representative in Australia. If you come from hospitality or retail, you already have the people skills to succeed and will receive training to start a rewarding career in renewables.

As a Lead Generator, you’ll talk to homeowners about solar and battery benefits, book consultations, and grow with a supportive, high-energy team. Expect paid travel opportunities and clear paths to progression.

The Role

As a Lead Generator, you’ll be speaking with homeowners about the benefits of solar and battery solutions and booking free energy consultations with our expert sales team.

This is not a hard-selling role. It’s about having genuine conversations, building confidence, learning the sales process and being rewarded for your results.

What You’ll Be Doing

• Speaking with homeowners about energy independence

• Booking free solar and battery consultations

• Learning the foundations of sales

• Working with a supportive, high-energy team

• Travelling to different locations across Australia

• Building a long-term career pathway in sales

What We’re Looking For

• A background in hospitality, retail, events, tourism, customer service or a similar people-focused role

• Confident communication skills

• A positive attitude and strong work ethic

• Motivation to learn, grow and earn

• Full Monday to Friday availability (Please note: due to the hours, this role is not suitable for current students)

• Full working rights in Australia - Working Holiday Visa holders are welcome to apply
