Sharp & Carter is seeking a motivated Customer Service Assistant in Hawthorn East, Melbourne. This permanent full-time role offers a salary of $60,000 to $65,000 plus super, and a 38-hour work week with the flexibility of 1 day work from home after onboarding.

You will join a supportive team, receive full training, and develop skills in administration, order processing, and customer support while gaining product knowledge.

Qualifikationen

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills

• Confidence using computers and learning new systems

• The ability to work effectively within a team
• Previous customer service, retail, hospitality or administration experience (highly regarded but not essential)
• A current driver's licence (advantageous)
