Job summary

Chandler Macleod Group is seeking an experienced Enterprise Workforce Planning Analyst to support enterprise workforce planning through data analysis, reporting and forecasting. You will manage workforce, financial and operational data to identify trends, gaps and costs, translating complex information into actionable insights for senior leaders.

Qualifications

• Proven ability to collect, validate and analyse complex datasets from multiple sources.
• Strong analytical skills to interpret data, identify trends and provide evidence-based insights.
• Experience producing clear reports, dashboards and management summaries.

Responsibilities

• Manage collection, validation, reconciliation and analysis of workforce, financial and operational data from multiple sources.
• Maintain datasets, definitions, business rules and source mappings to ensure data accuracy and traceability.
• Analyse workforce demand, vacancies, recruitment activity, movements, labour hire, contractors and costs to identify trends and risks.
• Investigate data discrepancies and document limitations; resolve issues with stakeholders.
• Develop and deliver reports, visualisations and insights to support monthly planning and executive decisions.
• Support forecasting and scenario modelling by testing assumptions and documenting methods.
• Build relationships with Finance, People and Culture, operational teams and data owners.
• Translate complex data into practical insights for strategic planning.
• Manage competing priorities and deliver high-quality analytical outputs on time.
