Job summary

Public Transport Authority is undertaking a major Business Transformation Program to modernise operations with a new ERP solution. As ERP Enterprise Architect, you will lead architectural design and delivery across finance, procurement, supply chain, inventory, asset management and human resources, guiding governance and data migration.

You will influence senior leaders, vendors and cross-functional teams, ensuring systems align with business objectives and best-practice architecture principles

Qualifications

• Significant experience in enterprise, solution or business architecture, including design, implementation and integration of enterprise-wide systems.
• Strong understanding of ERP ecosystems and end-to-end processes across finance, procurement, supply chain, inventory, asset management and HR.
• Experience developing architecture standards, governance frameworks, roadmaps and technology strategies that support transformation.
• Excellent stakeholder engagement to influence senior leaders, vendors, and business representatives.

Responsibilities

• Provide architectural leadership across design, implementation and transition of the PTA's ERP solution.
• Govern governance across solution architecture, data migration, security, and legacy systems decommissioning.
• Align business processes, data, integrations and technology with organisational objectives and best-practice architecture principles.
• Lead multidisciplinary teams and drive delivery outcomes for a large-scale transformation.
