Qualifications

10+ years’ experience managing complex technology or transformation programs.
Strong background in SDLC, Agile and enterprise-grade governance.
Navigating ambiguity and influencing senior stakeholders.
Leading multi-disciplinary delivery teams and external partners.
Strong commercial and risk awareness.
Financial services experience is beneficial but not essential.

Responsibilities

Manage a broad portfolio of complex enterprise programs.
Establish clear delivery frameworks, governance and reporting.
Coordinate cross-functional teams across planning, build, testing and deployment.
Own budgeting, forecasting, risk management and program cadence.
Work with technology and business leaders to align programs with strategic objectives.
Ensure effective stakeholder engagement and expectation management.
Drive continuous improvement across delivery processes and program maturity.
