Job summary

Anglicare Southern Queensland is seeking a Head of Service Enablement to shape a new function central to client experience, workforce optimisation and operational excellence. This strategic role directs service models, capacity planning and transformation across the organisation.

You will lead, develop high-performing teams and partner with operational leaders to deliver accessible, responsive services that meet client demand and drive performance.

Qualifications

• A strong track record of improving customer or client experiences while driving operational performance.
• Experience leading workforce capacity planning, resource allocation or service coordination functions.
• Exceptional stakeholder engagement and influencing skills.
• Strong analytical capability with the ability to use data to inform decisions and drive performance.
• Experience leading change, transformation and continuous improvement initiatives.
• A passion for building high-performing teams and creating a culture of accountability, innovation and service excellence.
• Current National Police Check or NDIS Workers Screening.
• A tertiary qualification in a relevant field.
• Sector Experience (desirable)

Responsibilities

• Lead and evolve centrally managed Enablement functions across the organisation.
• Design and implement service models that improve client access, service coordination and operational performance.
• Drive workforce planning, capacity management and resource optimisation strategies.
• Use data and insights to improve productivity, utilisation and client outcomes.
• Lead business improvement, process redesign and innovation initiatives.
• Partner with operational leaders to align service delivery, workforce capacity and strategic priorities.
• Build and develop high-performing teams focused on service excellence and continuous improvement.
• Play a key role in transformation projects that will shape the future of service delivery at Anglicare.
