Qualifications

• 5+ years' experience in enterprise telephony, unified communications, or collaboration technologies.

Responsibilities

• Take end-to-end ownership of the organisation's enterprise telephony service.
• Governance and operational management of the telephony service including reliability, performance and security.
• Manage relationships with MSPs, vendors and internal technology teams to deliver a high-quality service.
