• Oversee end-to-end lifecycle of Network Voice services across products, platforms and domains.
• Lead service-level quality, reliability and customer-experience targets and improvements.
• Coordinate with Product Managers and stakeholders to align priorities and deliver outcomes.
• Mentor teams and drive governance, documentation and knowledge sharing.
