Job summary

Miro is seeking a Technical Account Manager (TAM) for its Enterprise customers to maximize value from the platform. You will act as a fractional strategic advisor, guiding AI-driven workflows and adoption across organizations.

You will combine product knowledge, strategic insight, and change-management expertise to drive measurable outcomes, orchestrating alignment with executives, and embedding Miro into customers' operating models.

Qualifications

• 5+ years in enterprise SaaS consulting or TAM roles.
• Strong fluency with APIs, integrations and enterprise IT ecosystems.
• Proven ability to lead workflow optimization and platform adoption at scale.
• Experience leveraging AI, prompts and agentic workflows to support customer use cases.
• Expertise in platform analytics to drive data-informed decisions.
• Skilled at facilitating executive-level discussions and cross-functional workshops.

Responsibilities

• Design and evolve AI-driven workflows across Discover–Define–Deliver lifecycle.
• Architect integration strategies and automation leveraging Miro APIs and tools.
• Guide embedding Miro into customers' existing systems and ways of working.
• Provide proactive optimization and adoption insights to deepen value.
• Lead change management and scaling across departments, regions and teams.
• Co-facilitate QBRs with Customer Success to track progress and outcomes.
