Job summary

Mistral is seeking an AI Deployment Strategist to bridge vision and execution for strategic enterprise accounts. You will diagnose business challenges, design AI-powered solutions, and lead deployments from concept to full-scale adoption.

You will work across presales and postsales, partnering with executives and cross-functional teams to architect transformations and deliver measurable business outcomes. Travel will be required.

Qualifications

• 8+ years of experience in technical management consulting, enterprise technology, or a customer-facing strategic role with a focus on AI/ML, data architecture, or digital transformation.
• Degree in a relevant scientific field (e.g., Computer Science, Data Science, Engineering).
• Expertise in AI/ML concepts, enterprise data architecture, and modern software development with hands-on AI solution development.
• Proven track record engaging and influencing C-suite executives and navigating complex conversations.
• Equally comfortable in presales and postsales: shaping deals, designing solutions, and ensuring deployment success.
• Experience managing high-value accounts and building compelling cases for investment.
• Collaborative leader capable of motivating cross-functional teams and driving results through influence.
• Open to frequent travel as the role demands.

Responsibilities

• Lead strategic advisory work for a portfolio of enterprise clients, engaging with executive leadership.
• Collaborate with sales and product teams to identify opportunities and design tailored AI strategies and POCs.
• Own end-to-end AI deployments, guiding planning, integration, and adoption across customer workflows.
• Drive commercial growth by expanding opportunities within accounts and mentoring junior strategists.
