Job summary

Stripe is seeking a Sales Manager to drive growth by leading a high-performing Enterprise sales team across the ANZ region. You will recruit, coach, and scale new business talent while directly engaging with customers to secure net-new revenue and long-term partnerships.

You will shape strategy, coach for consultative, solution-based selling, and collaborate cross-functionally to align Stripe’s products with customer needs.

Qualifications

• 10+ years of sales experience, with 5+ years in people management.
• Experience leading sales in a high-growth tech environment.
• Ability to hire, train, and coach a high-performance sales team.
• Ability to build strategic executive relationships with customers and industry leaders.
• Experience selling to enterprise customers in the ANZ region.

Responsibilities

• Recruit, develop and lead a team of new business sales professionals focused on the Enterprise segment.
• Develop long-term vision and strategy for the team and manage day-to-day operations against sales metrics.
• Increase revenue and acquire new clients at high growth rates.
• Coach team in consultative and solution-based selling across the sales cycle.
• Build enduring customer relationships up to C-level and enable career development of team members.
