Job summary

Woods & Co Recruitment is partnering with a well-established media intelligence organisation to scale a recently launched product into enterprise markets. We’re seeking an experienced Business Development Manager to win new logos and drive strategic growth across corporate, government, and institutional clients in Australia.

You’ll own end-to-end sales, navigate C-suite discussions, and build a robust pipeline with an uncapped commission structure.

Qualifications

• Proven track record in enterprise SaaS/tech sales with long, complex deal cycles.
• Strong new-business hunter mindset with ability to build pipeline independently.
• Experience engaging with C-suite and multi-stakeholder teams in corporate, government, or institutional contexts.
• Experience preparing tenders and RFQs for government or private sector.

Responsibilities

• Drive end-to-end enterprise sales from prospecting to negotiation and closure.
• Target new logos across ASX-listed businesses, government, and large organisations.
• Develop and manage a proactive sales pipeline with multi-stakeholder engagements.
• Prepare proposals, tenders, and business cases to support deals.
