Job summary

Regis is seeking a Melbourne-based Senior Risk role to shape and lead enterprise risk, assurance and governance across our homes and services. You will collaborate with the General Counsel and Company Secretary, advising executives and reporting to Board committees, with travel across Regis sites.

Qualifications

• Significant enterprise risk, governance, assurance or compliance experience.
• Practical expertise in ISO 31000, risk appetite and the Three Lines model.
• Experience advising executives and preparing Board-level reporting.
• Strong analytical capabilities and risk-technology literacy.

About the Role

Reporting to the General Counsel and Company Secretary, you will:

• Deliver targeted second-line reviews across Regis homes and services
• Strengthen risk capability, resilience and assurance coordination

This is a permanent, full-time Melbourne-based role involving regular travel to Regis homes and services.
