Regis Aged Care seeks a Regional General Manager to lead residential aged care homes across Queensland, including South East and North Queensland operations, ensuring safe, high-quality care while delivering strong commercial outcomes.

You will coach and develop General Managers, oversee quality, compliance and clinical governance, and partner with key stakeholders to drive performance and growth across the region. This is a senior leadership role with meaningful impact on residents and teams.

About The Role

As a Regional General Manager, you will lead a portfolio of residential aged care homes across Queensland, including both South East Queensland and North Queensland operations, ensuring safe, high-quality care while delivering strong commercial outcomes.

You will coach and develop General Managers, oversee quality, compliance and clinical governance, and partner with key stakeholders to drive performance, workforce capability, growth and continuous improvement across the region.

Travel Requirements

This role supports Homes across both South East Queensland and Far North Queensland and requires regular travel throughout the region.

The successful candidate will be expected to travel to our Far North Queensland operations, including Cairns and Townsville, on a regular basis. As a guide, travel is anticipated to occur at least monthly, however additional travel may be required depending on operational needs, business priorities and risk profile.

We are seeking a leader who is comfortable working across geographically dispersed teams and can adopt a flexible, hands-on and risk-based approach to supporting Homes when and where required.
