Job summary

MIGSO-PCUBED in Melbourne seeks an experienced Program Coordinator to support a complex, enterprise-level program for a major client. You will coordinate workstreams, governance, reporting and stakeholder engagement, working closely with Program Managers, PMs and senior leaders to keep the program aligned with objectives.

You will help produce governance artefacts, manage risks and issues, and support onboarding of new team members, ensuring timely escalation and clear visibility of progress

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Business, IT or PM required.
• Experience coordinating complex programs and governance artifacts.
• Strong reporting, action tracking and RAID log knowledge.

Responsibilities

• Providing program-level coordination across multiple workstreams to keep milestones on track.
• Supporting Program Managers and senior leadership with day-to-day coordination and delivery.
• Preparing program reporting, governance materials, board packs and executive updates.
• Coordinating governance forums, agendas, decisions and actions; tracking follow-ups.
• Maintaining program plans, action registers, RAID logs and artefacts.
• Monitoring activities, risks and issues and escalating appropriately.
• Onboarding new team members and ensuring access and support.
• Drafting communications and ensuring visibility of progress to leadership.
• Identifying gaps and opportunities to improve coordination and delivery.
