Job summary

ABC Fitness is seeking a Product Implementation Manager to lead enterprise onboarding, configuration, and client enablement across multiple projects. You’ll translate business requirements into system configuration, create demonstration content, and validate dashboards using Looker and other tools.

This role collaborates with cross-functional teams and ensures high-quality deployment for our enterprise clients.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of relevant experience in software implementation or product configuration.
• Ability to translate business requirements into system configuration.
• Strong Excel skills and proficiency with Word, Outlook and related tools.
• Excellent verbal and written communication for client-facing work.
• Strong organizational skills to manage multiple onboarding projects.

Responsibilities

• Lead product configuration and onboarding readiness for enterprise customers.
• Facilitate configuration calls and translate client requirements into actionable configuration.
• Configure workbooks, locations and product settings per client model.
• Implement and validate tax rates, user roles, permissions, and CRM workflows.
• Create and deliver demonstrations and onboarding content, virtually or in person.
• Provide specialized product training and support during webinars and office hours.
• Prepare implementation deliverables for review and signoff.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve issues and address scope changes.
