Job summary

Lyrebird Health is seeking an Implementation Manager to own complex enterprise deployments across hospitals and health systems. You will coordinate across product, engineering, clinical teams and customer success to design pilots, trials and go-live plans.

Qualifications

• Track record leading complex, multi-stakeholder customer implementations or transformation programmes end to end.
• Experience building the business case or ROI to enterprise customers by designing to move key metrics.
• Ability to drive cross-functional delivery without direct authority, coordinating multiple workstreams.

Responsibilities

• Design trial scope across Lyrebird’s complex accounts with the AE, customer, and key stakeholders.
• Own delivery for implementation across pilots, trials and new implementations with cross-functional teams.
• Prove the value with evidence in client terms to aid internal adoption.
• Drive enterprise adoption during initial rollout by training and creating artefacts and templates with clinical teams.
• Own state health rollout end-to-end: design ahead of waves, plan go-live with prerequisites and dates.
• Build an implementation model: turn rollout learnings into repeatable designs, risk management and retrospectives.
• Feed deployment needs back to Product to influence settings, provisioning, tooling and usage reporting.
