ABC Fitness is seeking a Senior Customer Success Manager to drive value, retention, and growth across a portfolio of enterprise customers. You will act as a trusted advisor, build relationships with stakeholders, and guide customers to maximize ABC's solutions.

You will partner with Sales, Product, Support and internal teams to advocate for customer needs, resolve complex issues, and deliver successful business outcomes.

Qualifications

• 5+ years in Customer Success, Account Management, or related role.
• Excellent verbal and written communication across all levels.
• Strong presentation, negotiation and stakeholder management.
• Customer-focused with ability to manage complex relationships and outcomes.
• Highly organized with ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced env.
• Proficient with CRM, engagement and project management tools.

Responsibilities

• Build trust and long-term relationships with customers and key stakeholders.
• Track and monitor customer account health and growth opportunities.
• Deliver business reviews to key customer stakeholders.
• Develop and execute success plans with customers to drive outcomes.
• Capture customer stories and outcomes to support advocacy and growth.
• Demonstrate product capabilities and potential business outcomes.
• Coordinate internal resources to resolve escalated issues promptly.
• Mentor new hires and participate in cross-functional projects.
