Leaders IT in Sydney is seeking an experienced network engineer to monitor, support, and maintain enterprise LAN and WAN IP infrastructure across data centres, campuses, and regional sites. The role emphasizes ensuring performance, reliability, and availability while delivering operational support and issue resolution.

You will work with firewall technologies (Cisco ASA, Palo Alto), multicast/IP multicast, and network monitoring tools, with exposure to Ansible automation and WLAN management.

Qualificações

• Experience with enterprise firewall technologies (Cisco ASA and/or Palo Alto).
• Exposure to multicast technologies and converged network services is advantageous.
• Knowledge of network monitoring and management tools in enterprise environments.

Responsabilidades

• Perform network service activities during planned maintenance windows, including after-hours support.
• Manage incidents, tasks, and changes via ServiceNow.
• Diagnose, troubleshoot, and resolve complex network issues; escalate as needed.
• Coordinate with internal teams, providers, and vendors to support operations.
• Undertake hands-on network installation and support on-site in Sydney.
• Provide Tier 2/3 network support after project handover.
