Reporting into the Senior Network Engineering Lead, this role emphasizes technical ownership and deep networking expertise rather than people management, with on-site presence in Sydney.

Qualifications

• 10+ years of experience as a senior network engineer or architect.
• Strong campus LAN experience, ideally Arista and Cisco.
• Practical experience applying infrastructure as code to network systems.
• Experience designing or maintaining multi zone, multi tier firewall architecture across regions.
• Solid Unix systems administration skills.

Responsibilities

• Deliver on-box network engineering support across complex LAN and WAN environments, including hands-on configuration and troubleshooting.
• Support design, build and ongoing management of data centre deployments across APAC.
• Design and maintain multi-zone, multi-tier firewall architecture across the APAC network.
• Apply infrastructure-as-code methodology to network systems to improve consistency and reduce manual config risk.
• Provide Unix systems administration support for network-adjacent infrastructure.
