Job summary

Sigma Healthcare is seeking a seasoned leader to establish and drive an enterprise MDM capability across Product, Supplier and Customer domains. Working with business leaders and our implementation partner, you will shape governance, stewardship and measurable data quality initiatives to support efficient, connected operations.

Reporting to the Head of Operations Planning, Performance & Analytics, you will guide automation, AI opportunities and transformation programs, ensuring alignment with

Qualifications

• Bachelor degree in IT/CS or equivalent with 10+ years of data management experience.
• Proven track record leading enterprise MDM, data governance and stewardship.
• Experience delivering cross-functional transformation across Product, Supplier and Customer data.
• Strong stakeholder management, able to influence executives and senior leaders.
• Exposure to AI, automation and data workflow platforms is highly regarded.

Responsibilities

• Lead enterprise MDM strategy and roadmap with our implementation partner.
• Establish governance forums, ownership, stewardship, policies and controls.
• Oversee governance, stewardship and shared services with clear accountability.
• Manage service levels, KPIs and reporting for reliable data services.
• Drive data quality, remediation, standardisation and continuous improvement.
• Define platform requirements and partner with tech for data quality capabilities.
